A maple-framed 19th century sailor's woolwork depicting a steamship sailing close to an iceberg in a rough sea, 33 x 42 cm
The frame is damaged and of course the woolwork has good parts and worn parts but to us this only adds to the unique and stunning look of this piece. We love anything to do with the sea and for us it was a great find which we thought you would love as well.
